2014 FIVB Women’s World Championships

The 2014 FIVB Women’s World Championships are taking place in Italy from September 23 to October 12. The tournament features 24 teams from around the world – a reflection of how popular the sport is. Canada has had a tough go in their pool, winning only 1 out of their last 4 matches. Today at 11AM they are playing Bulgaria, which can be live streamed here.

FIVB (Fédération Internationale de Volleyball) has its own youtube channel where you can watch some of the games from the tournament as well as interviews with the athletes. If you’re achin’ to see the sport live there will be beach and indoor volleyball at the 2015 Toronto Pan Am / Para Pan Am Games.
